The short answer: the right material for each application, specified deliberately. For structural work in kitchens and bathrooms, we use plywood — cross-layered, moisture-resistant, and strong under load. For enclosed platform bases and dry interior structure, OSB is the correct spec: engineered for compression, consistent throughout, and more cost-effective where moisture isn't a factor. For surface finishes, High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) is our standard — highly resistant to moisture, scratches, and heat, and far removed from the cheap laminates people picture. For those who want a more elevated look, wood veneer and solid hardwood are available as upgrade options, bringing genuine natural timber to the surface. All boards are E0/E1 certified, the highest international standard for formaldehyde emissions — non-negotiable in compact Hong Kong apartments. Hardware is equally considered: soft-close hinges and drawer runners rated to 200,000+ cycles. You feel the difference the first time you use them.

Every project is treated as an engineering problem: we map how you actually live before a single design decision is made, produce full engineering drawings for your sign-off, and run multi-point quality checks before anything leaves the factory. Most importantly, the process is built around your requirements, not our catalogue. We don't upsell accessories you don't need or push designs before we've understood the brief. Four steps. Step 1 is a complimentary initial consultation — online or in person — where we understand what you need and put together an initial requirements brief. No commitment required. Step 2 is Design & Engineering: we visit your space to measure, then develop a full design plan and engineered drawings, reviewed and signed off together before anything goes into production. This costs HKD 2,000, fully credited toward your production total. Step 3 is Production, which begins with a 50% deposit. We manage the build and keep you updated throughout. Step 4 is Delivery & Installation — professional installation is included, with the remaining 50% due before we arrive. Allow approximately four weeks from production sign-off to delivery.

From production sign-off to delivery is approximately four weeks. The design and consultation stages before that vary by project complexity - typically two to four weeks depending on the scope and how quickly decisions are made. If you're working to a renovation deadline, tell us early. We'll structure the timeline around it and flag any constraints before they become problems.

Two standard rates cover everything we build: HKD 3,000 per linear foot for full-height pieces (floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, pantries, storage walls) and HKD 2,000 per linear foot for half-height pieces (desks, shoe cabinets, base units, window seats). Your final quote is confirmed at the design stage — before anything goes into production. To give a sense of scale: a 6-foot bedroom wardrobe works out to HKD 18,000; a 3-foot entrance cabinet HKD 6,000. Add-ons are priced separately and listed in our full service menu. The initial visit is complimentary. Design & Engineering is HKD 2,000, credited in full toward your production cost — so it's not an extra fee, just an early payment.

Our team makes sure everything is fitted and functioning before we leave - any final adjustments are handled on-site at installation. Beyond that, we remain available after the project is done.
